I really love this piece of work! I have to say, it's one of my favourites!

First things first, I love your style Barrel! It's realistic, yet has a lovely almost 'comedy' style to it. Your drawings arn't just a beautiful drawing, they have a lot of character and often make me laugh because they're so cute or funny!

I think you have drawn this foal really well. It looks like it has a good anatomy! This must have been a pretty hard pose to draw, but you (as always!) have executed it perfectly! She's got such a lot of expression on her face, a naive young filly! It's a really cute pose too!

The colouring of her is really nice. I love the fact you can still see some of the base lines you sued to draw her with. It really gives her character and a 'cartoon' look. Your shading is absolutely perfect! Her markings are really nice and original and she is very cute! (have I said thats before??)

Another thing I love is the background! That may sound silly because it's so simple, but I think it's really nice! It draws your attention in to the centre of the image where the filly is. If the background was too complicated, it would confuse the eye and it would wonder where to look first!

Overall, I really like this piece of work! I love the style, pose and colouring. I also love the background. It's a great piece of work and I can't wait for more!
